Important Notes on this Registration Form, Payments and Refunds

Available Workshops

You will find general information about ASIST and safeTALK at https://www.alanahunt.ca/training/. Available workshops are listed on this form. Registration deadlines are two days before a workshop date. Please note that workshops may fill before the registration deadline.

Completing this Registration Form

After you submit a completed registration form, you will receive a thank you message. If you do not receive a thank you message very soon after you submit your registration form, please review the form for errors or incomplete entries and make any necessary corrections or contact me with the information requested in the form. 

Payments

Payment must be received before the workshop fills to confirm your registration. You may pay by email at alana@alanahunt.ca or by credit card using my Shop. Please note this is a new Shop. If you run into any trouble, please let me know.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided if the workshop facilitator cancels a workshop due to under-enrollment or another circumstance outside of the facilitator’s control. The registration cost for a workshop can be credited towards an alternative, similar workshop that is accepting registrants and offered by the facilitator if you pay a $25 (plus HST) administration fee and you request the alternative workshop at least 10 days before the date of the original workshop. You may also designate, at no extra cost, a substitute to attend in your place if the substitute has not already submitted a registration request for the workshop and I receive the request three business days before the workshop begins.
